A Journey Rooted In Rotary
Service shaped my life long before I formally joined Rotary. My father founded the Rotary Club of Dhenkanal, and Rotary values formed a natural part of my upbringing. I joined Rotary on 1 June 1996. Over the years, Rotary became both my platform for service and a source of learning. I had the privilege of serving as President of the Rotary Club of Dhenkanal from 2004 to 2005. During this period, my fellow Rotarians and I focused on meaningful community initiatives. Through Rotary, I worked on plantation drives, climate change awareness programs, blood donation camps, eye care services, healthcare initiatives, education, and skill-development activities. These experiences reinforced my belief that consistent service creates lasting impact.

ରୋଟାରୀରେ ମୂଳ ଯାତ୍ରା
ମୋର ରୋଟାରୀରେ ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ଭାବରେ ଯୋଗଦେବାର ବହୁ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେବା ମୋ ଜୀବନକୁ ଆକାର ଦେଇଥିଲା। ମୋ ବାପା ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ରୋଟାରୀ କ୍ଲବ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିଥିଲେ।
ମୁଁ ୧ ଜୁନ୍ ୧୯୯୬ ରେ ରୋଟାରୀରେ ଯୋଗଦେଲି। ବର୍ଷ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି, ରୋଟାରୀ ମୋର ସେବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷାର ଏକ ଉତ୍ସ ହୋଇଗଲା। ମୁଁ ୨୦୦୪ ରୁ ୨୦୦୫ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଢେଙ୍କାନାଳ ରୋଟାରୀ କ୍ଲବର ସଭାପତି ଭାବରେ ସେବା କରିବାର ସୌଭାଗ୍ୟ ପାଇଥିଲି। ଏହି ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ, ମୋର ସାଥୀ ରୋଟାରିଆନମାନେ ଏବଂ ମୁଁ ଅର୍ଥପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସାମୁଦାୟିକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଉପରେ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେଇଥିଲୁ।
ରୋଟାରୀ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମୁଁ ବୃକ୍ଷରୋପଣ ଅଭିଯାନ, ଜଳବାୟୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ସଚେତନତା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ, ରକ୍ତଦାନ ଶିବିର, ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଯତ୍ନ ସେବା, ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ, ଶିକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ଦକ୍ଷତା-ବିକାଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ଉପରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥିଲି। ଏହି ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା ମୋର ବିଶ୍ୱାସକୁ ଦୃଢ଼ କରିଥିଲା ଯେ ସ୍ଥିର ସେବା ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ପ୍ରଭାବ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରେ।
